One possible solution would be to link public transportation with micromobility, such as electric scooters and on-demand shuttles (integrated public transport). As of 2021, micromobility has successfully established itself, but integrated, intermodal offerings are still not in sight, and one reason could be a lack of user value. So, the question is: are there user value problems associated with integrated public transport? Our investigation resorts to utilizing simulations. Scenarios are tested in the city of Hamburg. To designing successful integrated public transport solutions, results would be crucial.
